Grand old hotel with knowledgeable staff and well-stocked rooms.

Charming hotel, we loved the incredible staff and new-fashioned room.

Everything was good, including attentive staff and stunning location near the grand central market. I truly enjoyed the room with wonderful air conditioning, the bed was good.

The hotel was located close to many restaurants, 2 metro stations, Pershing Square. Furthermore, I could visit a restored historic library.

The staff is courteous here, the services are excellent, and location is fab next to the Metro as well as 2 metro stations.

Clean, unique hotel, brand-new rooms and affable staff. The rooms were with wonderful air conditioning. The property had a central setting near the Metro Station. Early check in and a good service throughout my stay.

Freshly renovated rooms, attentive service, optimal location. Our room had a spacious bed and an impressive view. The breakfast was savoury and had a great selection of food. Just 15 min walk to downtown. Also, a multi-purpose arena was 1 mile away from the hotel. Venue offered wireless in the lobby.

Immensely pleasant staff, spectacular location, big beds. Their breakfast was lovely and had lots of food. Luxurious unit. It was great to have wireless in the reception. Neat and glamorous hotel in Downtown Los Angeles district.

Room is cozy, stuff is absolutely phenomenal and check-in is quick. This hotel offers best possible location adjacent to restaurants and downtown and grand market hall.

The staff were sweet and food was fresh. Lovely bed. Efficient check-in, late check-out.

It is a not crowded hotel, I loved elegant rooms and picturesque location.

A beautifully restored hotel, we had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were ready to help and the room was fairly quiet. It included a comfy bed and a functional bathroom. The property was set in a very beautiful area. The pool bar in the property had lots of cool tea and cognacs throughout the day.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was a bit slow.

Breakfast was great, location was UNBEATABLE, staff was absolutely courteous. The room was cool enough and cool enough, offered free WiFi, climate control and TV with HBO. The complimentary drinks in wine bar were very welcome. Had no problem using their discounted parking, the internet was fast.

Comfortable bed and convenient location. It has large rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed that the lounge bar was working. It was a great experience.
